The company’s priority is food safety and quality. Therefore, automated industrial hygiene systems were introduced to ensure reuse with the highest standards of hygiene and disinfection.

Automatization

High-tech solutions optimize the efficiency of the entire food supply chain. The automation of the centers in processes such as handling or quality control allows the company to meet the needs of customers with quality and agility.

Repair

Logifruit containers are modular in design, facilitating repair and extending their life with new parts.

Recycling

When it is not possible to repair a container, it is sent to a recycling centre, where it is used as raw material to produce a new container.

Logistical efficiency

Kilometres and CO2 emissions are reduced with efficient packaging for transport, ensuring full transports. Complementary technologies are used to optimize routes.

Food industry

Customers contain their products in Logifruit packaging, prepared for automated systems. Their design allows for product protection and reduction of food waste.

Distribution

Thanks to the standardization of the containers, the reception, handling, storage and loading is carried out smoothly by the distributor. The products are prepared and distributed to the point of sale.

Sale point

The design and appearance of the Logifruit packaging provides optimal exposure and visibility of the product on the shelf while ensuring ergonomic handling and zero waste.

Our
internal process

In its bid for a positive contribution to the environment, Logifruit follows a circular-economy strategy aimed to fully use the raw inputs, avoiding the waste of excess material and reintegrating it back into the raw-material loop. The eco-design in the ideation of containers is key for reducing the use of raw material, facilitate the reuse of packaging, repair the container to extend its useful life and recycle it for manufacturing new containers when it is not possible to repair.

Thus, the company has committed to reducing the impact on the environment and increasing environmental protection through the optimization of consumption of water, energy, cleaning products and raw materials. By this way, it extracts the maximum value and use from all the containers it has, extending its useful life.
