Logifruit continues to move forward in its commitment to sustainability and the decarbonization of the logistics sector. Recently, we achieved our fourth Lean & Green star, becoming the first company in the road logistics sector and in the Valencian Community to receive this recognition.
In Spain, only three companies have reached this level, reinforcing our dedication to green logistics.
This milestone certifies that we have reduced CO₂ emissions generated from the transport, storage, and distribution of our packaging by 55%, which is equivalent to removing 1,144 gasoline-powered passenger cars from the road for a year, the energy consumption of 648 households, or charging 625 million mobile phones.

Innovation and Circular Economy as Key Pillars
For Logifruit, this recognition is the result of continuous efforts to optimize our operational processes, invest in technology, and consolidate a logistics model based on the circular economy. Our working system follows the principles of the 6Rs (Rationalize, Reduce, Redesign, Reuse, Repair, and Recycle), allowing us to extend the lifecycle of our nearly 19 million packaging units. All packaging that no longer meets food quality standards is recycled and reintroduced into the production process, achieving zero waste.
This model, supported by collaboration with our customers and suppliers, drives us to continue advancing toward carbon neutrality and to create a positive impact on the sector, the planet, and future generations.
